TachoEASY Middle East FZC is a Company that conducts business in the geolocation industry and has it's Headquarters in the Hamryah Free Zone of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates). Besides its core business, TachoEASY Middle East FZC develops other business interests in this part of the world, including construction and LED lighting.

TachoEASY Middle East FZC stems from the international expansion of the business Group lead by engineer António Loios. The Group's history dates back to 2008 when the "Valiosa Ideia" (Valuable Idea) Company was created. in Portugal to pursue business in the fields of geolocation and tachograph maintenance. This Company developed its activities under an exclusivity agreement with TachoEASY AG for specific markets: Portugal, the Portuguese Speaking African Countries, Spain and the Magreb countries. It was precisely because of this relationship that the German Company dictated the use of TachoEASY's name to the Portuguese Company. Consequently, one year after its creation, the "Valiosa Ideia" Company changed its registered name to TachoEASY Portugal.

All the equipments sold by TachoEASY AG have always been synonymous of high quality, but such high standards requirement and high price tag meant, at some point, an aggravated limitation of the commercial activity of TachoEASY Portugal. With the world economy being determined by the need of changes and demand of more competitive prices and wider range of options, TachoEASY Portugal decided to pursue a different strategy than the one considered by the German Company. Mr. Loios cancelled the exclusivity bond with TachoEASY AG and searched for other suppliers of geolocation equipments offering high standards of quality but more competitive prices.

The strategy worked and TachoEASY Portugal rapidly expanded its operations in the geolocation market, establishing a solid path for the creation of TachoEASY Ibérica SL. The business success guaranteed the expansion of the Group, which now consists of five Companies throughout the world: TachoEASY Ibérica SL (Spain), TachoEASY Medmar (Morocco), TachoEASY Asia (Macau), TachoEASY Qatar (Qatar) and Middle TachoEASY East FZC.

VIC, "Valuable Idea Concept", retrieves the original name of the Company founded by Mr. António Loios and is the TachoEASY Middle East FZC's understanding of an unique commercial strategy that combines the great potential of personal relationships with an attractive business proposal for people in order to operate and expand the Company's interests in various fields.
